How are you different? We are known for "nailing it" when it comes to the brand identity, and image that musicians want to portray visually. We have the 3-fold power of captivating design, music industry knowledge, and marketing insight that allows us to design in ways that will set your band apart.
What exactly do you do? We eat, breath, and sleep design. When we say 'design' this means anything that is involved in creating a visual representation of your band. We will give your album, website, merchandise, and promo photos all of the TLC they need to make you look amazing! Check out our solutions for more juicy details.
What do you charge? We know you want a list of prices set in stone, and unfortunately (and fortunately) because every design project we do is treated 100% special, we do not have a list of rates to simply publish BUT we promise there is a real live human being on the other end of your email to help in your time of need.

Since photography is a bit more straight forward, we do, however have our rates published for band photography services. And... [dramatic pause] We are one of the only musician photographers to GIVE AWAY ALL LICENSING RIGHTS!

Why can't I just do it myself or just get my bestfriend’s brother’s uncle to do it? You can. Some people say, “GRAPHIC DESIGN IS JUST SO EXPENSIVE!” but you are smart and know that timely and professional design is an investment into your music career that can open many doors. This is one of the corners you want to make sure not to cut.
How can I ensure that I will like what you design? Experience shows that people who work with Indie Graphic Design are extremely happy with the results. Sometimes we hit the nail on the head first time, sometimes it can take several discussions and design rounds before you will be happy with the design. We always want you to be satisfied as it makes us look good too!
How do we start DESIGN and what does the process look like?

Fill out the design brief. (A technical term that simply means we get what you want clarified in writing. In this brief you give us ideas and samples of items and colors that you like as well as what images and ideas that you don’t like at all.)
We provide you a quote. We agree upon a price.
Make the initial payment of 25%
Research and Design. Once we have a foundation of ideas to work with, we will begin the project by researching ideas, designing a few concepts for you to choose a general direction. Once a direction has been chosen for the design, we will go back and forth refining the various parts of the project. We will listen carefully to your feedback, offer suggestions, and make agreed upon changes to the layouts until the design naturally evolves into its final form.

How do we do a PHOTOSHOOT and what does the process look like?
Contact us via email or our contact form and let us know what type of photoshoot package you'd like to do.
We will arrange all the details of your shoot.
Make the initial payment of $100 prior to the day of your shoot.
We do the photoshoot on location (and have fun too)
Pay the remainder of the base rate (this is based on how many hours we spent taking photos)
Review your photos and select favorites that will receive post-production love (this is where we turn it from a simple photo to an image that POPS!)
Pay the full package price for which package you choose
We deliver high-res, retouched photos for you to do WHATEVER you want with them.
How do I make payments? Paypal is our most preferred method of payment. We will also accept money orders, but most of our clients have found that online payment is the easiest and fastest way to pay. We ask for an initial 25% payment upfront to get the process moving and the remaining 75% prior to the finals being delivered.
How will I receive my design project once it is finished? A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. We can submit them to a third-party production company and upload the electronic files to a server where you can download them. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
Who owns the rights to the design and images? YOU own it! retain full rights to the final design and images. We retain full rights to all of the rejected/unused designs and the full rights to use the design for our own promotional use. (We like to show off your beautiful stuff too!)
Do you offer design solutions only for musicians? While we specialize in music design, we produce design work for a range of clientele. Basically, if you like our style, then you'll be happy with our services!
I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me? We can usually accommodate a rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, a rush job is normally charged an additional 10% – 25% on top of the normal price.
